Passed away surrounded by his family at the CHUS Fleurimont, on August 13th, 2025, at the age of 69, resident of East Farnham, husband of Mrs. Linda Jacob, son of late Elwood Joseph Persons and late Hazel Grubb.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his children Jennifer (Russell Langille) and Shaun,  his grandchildren Logan, Rylan , Summer Rose and Landon, his sisters and brother Cindy (late Dean),  Terry (Dallas), late Janet (Alain), Velvet (Willy) and Christine (Late Roger ``Joe``), his brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, André jr. (Johanne), Armand (Dorisse), Daniel (Josée), Michel (Joanne), Diane et René, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

 He will be remembered for his dedication to his family farm with his partner Roy Grubb (Evelyne), and his love for his family and long-time friends.

On Monday August 18th, 2025 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm, followed by a celebration of his memory at  the funeral home at 8pm. A graveside service will take place Saturday August 23rd, 2025 at 2pm at the Friends Cemetery (1105 North Road, Brigham, QC J2K 4R7).
