My sister Mylène and I want to thank you for the excellent service and welcome we received at our mom’s funeral on Sunday.

On behalf of the family of Mr. Pierre Renaud, we sincerely thank you for organizing the funeral service held last Saturday, January 18. The staff members assigned to assist us throughout the day, Danielle and Guy, warmly welcomed us in the morning and remained courteous and professional with us and our guests for the entire day. They were polite, gracious, efficient, helpful, attentive, and fully committed to being at our service for every detail throughout the day. Everything was handled perfectly and exceeded our expectations. From the reception to the burial, including the buffet setup and service, the bar arrangement, and so on, the staff attended to every detail we requested throughout the day’s proceedings. The officiant, Mr. Benoît Chabot, showed sincere empathy, and his speech helped ease the sorrow and sadness felt by each and every one in attendance. His participation was greatly appreciated by all. In short, it was the perfect day to help us cope with the loss a loved one.

The Tremblay family would like to extend our thanks for the excellent service following the passing of our mother, Gisèle Quintal Tremblay. It was greatly appreciated.

Just a quick word to let you know that I received the ashes this morning. I was very pleasantly surprised by the standard urn—I was expecting a recyclable cardboard box. I was also impressed by the excellent service I received throughout this emotionally challenging process. I have nothing but kind words for you, and I’ll be sure to share them with many other families. I sincerely thank you for everything.

We were completely satisfied. This past Sunday, I discovered that I was in familiar territory. I knew nearly all the staff, and was quite surprised to find them there. They were extremely attentive and I think my husband Pierre would have been very pleased with the chosen location and ceremony. 10/10 for everyone, from start to finish.
