Surrounded by her family, Janice Virginia Allen (née Buzzell) of Cowansville, Québec, passed away peacefully on June 27th, 2025, in her eighty-fourth year.

Daughter of the late William Buzzell and the late Marguerite Hopps, and predeceased by her

beloved husband, Ronald Arthur Allen.

She leaves to mourn her two sons, Brent Allen and Andrew Allen, and her daughter Cynthia Allen (Wesley Sharman). She is also survived by her brother, Douglas Buzzell, her granddaughter Sabrina, and four grandsons: Ron, Ryan, Owen, and Ian.

A longtime resident of Cowansville, Janice devoted close to 30 years to her work at the Brome-Missisquoi-Perkins Hospital, where she touched countless lives with her compassion and dedication.

A committal service will be held at a later date at Riverside Cemetery in Brigham, Québec.

The family extends a heartfelt thank-you to the staff of the Brome-Missisquoi-Perkins Hospital for the Excellent care Janice received.

In her memory, donations to the BMP Foundation or the SPCA Montérégie would be deeply appreciated by the family.
